Fixed Head Bead Applicator

An adhesive applicator has been specifically designed for the application of 100% solid, one component, moisture curing polyurethane adhesives.

• Nozzles at 10mm centres (Different centres on request).
• Variable width heads up to 2.7m.
• Optional automatic humidifiers.
• Nozzle box to seal nozzles when not in use (This stops the adhesive curing in the nozzles).
• Adhesive applied with an air operated 5:1 pump.
• Automatic operation of glue heads.
