Vacuum Press

Vacuum presses can be used for the production of the majority of types of panels. They are commonly used for making the larger panels associated with the truck and lorry manufacturing industry. They are also essential when making curved or shaped panels often used in the Caravan and Construction industry.

There are two types of Vacuum Press

Oyster

This gets its name from its action of opening and closing which is achieved with a series of pneumatic cylinders.
This is a very easy machine to use with excellent production results.

Screw Jack

For those applications without sufficient headroom the screw jack press is ideal. Powered lead screws raise and lower the blanket in a smooth and controlled action.
