Panel Spiral-Wrapper

The Duemas panel wrapper has been designed to stretch wrap packs of finished panels. It incorporates a 2 meter diameter rotating ring which carries the film and a variable speed conveyor which carries the panel. It can cope with continuous production making it ideal for the larger panel manufacturers typical of the wall and roof panel, and cold store business.

• 2M Ring with fixed or variable speed twin wheel drive.
• Single film head with adjustable tension control.
• Heavy duty gravity rollers support panels as they pass through wrapper.
• Optional heavy duty, slat type conveyors with variable speed drive for in and out through put.
• Available with automatic or manual film thread and cut.
• Fully interlocked access doors.
• Low level conveyors for transfer of stacked panels.
